Help: Pricing

It’s free to sign up for an account and submit your score to us for an exact price quote, with no obligation to complete the transaction. You can also email your score to us for a price quote at:

We understand that price is an important consideration, and we’re happy to discuss the details of the cost for performing your piece. We’re eager to help you, so we want to work with you. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Usually, it will cost a few hundred to a few thousand dollars for a performance with us, depending on the instrumental forces required and the piece’s complexity. As every piece is different, we must have your score in order to give you an exact estimate.

We may be able to offer a lower price than you might expect, so don’t hesitate to send us your score for a free estimate!

Academic Discounts

You could be eligible for an academic discount if you’re currently a full-time high school or university student enrolled in a degree program at a fully accredited non-profit school. You also must be the composer of the submitted piece.

To receive the academic discount, email a scanned image of your school photo ID to, with “Academic discount request” as the subject.

Please make sure to include your RVS Clients username, the project ID and project name.

If you’re an educator interested in using our service for your classes, please contact us for information about our group rates.

Rush Fee

Currently, we can only work with a few clients at a time, so we operate on a first-come–first-served basis. However, if you’re really in a hurry, we do offer “rush” service that will put your project before non-rush projects but behind other rush orders already in the queue. If there are no other rush projects, your project will be at the top of the queue.

Rush projects will be charged an additional 25%.

Even if you opt for rush service, we cannot guarantee that your project will be completed in a specific number of business days. We can usually have a recording to our clients within a business week or less, but if you’re facing a deadline, we strongly recommend submitting your project as early as possible.
